Pilot status

CVLYF is currently onboarding its Kolkata partner network. Spatial maps, immersive views and property imagery marked as prototypes or representative are product demonstrations, not live inventory, surveyed boundaries, bookable spaces or offers for sale.

Verification

Availability, ownership, pricing, permits, condition and transaction terms must be independently verified before any commitment. Famcord is an operational record, not a substitute for legal due diligence, title search or professional advice. Project and agent status should be checked through the appropriate authority, including the official WBRERA portal where applicable.

Transactions

CVLYF does not accept booking or purchase funds during the pilot. Future paid flows will carry transaction-specific terms, cancellation rules and partner disclosures before payment.

Events, house parties and experience spaces

Any gathering, ceremony, gaming or creator-space pathway is subject to owner authority, occupancy limits, society rules, local permissions, safety requirements, timing and noise restrictions. CVLYF does not authorise prohibited use or unauthorised subletting.

Intellectual property

CVLYF, Habiterra OS, MatchGraph, Famcord, FieldPilot, LivingDesk, LevelGraph, Evohab and the associated interface, brand and operating architecture are proprietary QHDM venture assets unless separately stated.
